Good furniture is extremely meticulous in material selection and craftsmanship. Every new product has undergone multiple rounds of evaluation, trial, and improvement. The three key points we focus on are “style, comfort, and details”. For every new product, we must be both the designer and the first user. Only through hands-on testing can we discover areas where the product is not yet perfect and continuously improve. Being responsible to consumers is always right!
Every day, our quality team of nearly 100 people conducts four rounds of strict quality inspections on the products being sold: raw material quality inspection, production GB/QB quality inspection, product warehousing full inspection, and package outbound AQZ quality inspection. In China, we invest most of our energy in product development and quality control because we believe that good products are the best advertising.
At Laiin, we do not have any agents or distribution systems, and all our stores are direct stores aimed at reducing the high intermediate circulation costs of large furniture. Through the factory direct delivery DtoC model (direct to consumers), we aim to bring high-quality furniture into consumers’ homes at a lower price. Our service tenet is to satisfy every customer.
